Nestled in a picturesque location, this hotel offered a luxurious stay with delightful amenities that catered to our needs. the spa services were exceptional, and the private indoor and outdoor swimming pools offered a serene environment to relax. the breathtaking sun terrace and beach access were perfect to soak up the sun. the restaurant had a delectable array of fine dining cuisines which served a sumptuous in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was elegant.

The hotel's arcade room was closed, leaving us with a limited amount of entertainment options, and the spa lounge lacked privacy for couples massage.

The fact that our room overlooked the sea. The pool was really nice. Location, an easy walk to all attractions...

We had a nice city break and stayed at a hotel with two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. the breakfast was great with plenty of local food options to choose from. the hotel was also located near some great attractions and restaurants.

The furniture in the room looked worn out, and some amenities were missing. the staff was also not very helpful, and we experienced some issues with the electrical system.

The villa: clean and well-designed. Staff: friendly and helpful. Swimming pool: clean and loved. Overall experience: unforgettable and enjoyable.

This resort boasts a large swimming pool with both indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for a refreshing dip. the breakfast selection is varied and includes delicious local hot dishes like Banh Cuon and noodles. the housekeeping team is helpful and quick to fulfill requests, and the rooms offer spectacular sea views.

The hotel's view was amazing and we had easy access to the beach. The pool was also great and was a highlight of the stay. the breakfast had a good selection of food that accommodated both local and international tastes.

During our stay, we experienced frustrating and unprofessional customer service. The staff wasn't helpful and didn't take our issues seriously.
